ok, so I'm on a roll. I am making frying pan bread or Bannock. I added butter and cinnamon and sugar. Yum, can't wait to eat it!

Looks good!! Have you tried fried toast?? You have to use real butter, I like the salted kind, and let it melt in the frying pan. Put a white bread slice in when the butter is sizzling and swoosh it around. Then flip it over and do the same. When it's nice and browned, take it out. Put a little more butter in and do a do-over. My meemaw made this when I was little and I love it. It's probably not good for you but in this case, doesn't matter! :-)

sounds good! the pic didnt come out too good. i used my sons camera because the flash in my sony camera went.
