I heard from LessieLouise who is making a tote for me. However, I have still not heard from countrygal56, who I am supposed to be making a tote for.
Should I send the tote to someone else? Also, how recently should we have been in contact with our partners? Do I need to contact the person making one for me? Seems like nagging so I hope I don't have to! Hope everyone had a wonderful new year.

If no one has heard from countrygal56 by Monday, we'll reassign you, I think to LakeOntarioFarmgirl.
To the rest of you, I need to know by Monday if you are no longer participating or if you have not heard from *either* of your partners. Please check the first post in this string. You will be sending your tote to the person whose name is to the right of yours in the list and will be receiving from the person whose name is to the left of yours in the list. Please, please, please help me make this a successful swap.

OK girls. I've really been struggling with this as I want it to be a successful swap for everyone. This tops my hardest thing I ever did list which for one includes getting divorced after 20 years of marriage!!
Some of you have responded and, if so, thank you. If you haven't, please let me know if:
you've finished your tote and sent it off(you rock)
you've received your tote
you are in contact with all your partners
you haven't heard from anyone.
I'm currently building an excel spreadsheet to track everything and if there are some who seem to have dropped off the planet, I'll be reassigning swap partners by the end of this week. I hope that things are going well for everyone and that no one has had any urgent circumstances which kept them from responding here.
I already took out Barbara/countrygal 56. Inger is going to sent to Brenda/LakeOntario Farmgirl.

Also, if you have made a tote, but have not heard from the farmgirl to whom you are supposed to send it, hold tight, because I probably will have you send it to someone else who is definitely participating.

Jonnie I got my tote today. WOW!!! I must say I got a good laugh from your card because anyone that would not absolutely love the tote you sent me would be out of their mind. I love it. It is perfect for the farmers' market. I LOVE BIG TOTES! Thank you so much. I have to go to Wal Mart in the morning to get batteries for the camera but I'll post a pic soon. I just can't say it enough. I love it.

I'm so glad that you like the tote, Victoria! It's the first one I've ever made and it is BIG! I have a photo, but it must still be in the camera or on my system at home. If you can't post soon, I'll post it for you. I always keep a photo of everything I make, especially those that are going to someone else.

Jonnie I can hardly believe that is your first you did a wonderful job. I applaud you!!! Had a greenhouse collapse on us this morning (the wind was just too much for it) so have not gotten to Wal Mart yet. Been busy moving plants all day. We came in to warm up for awhile.
