Just finished the Twilight series. I also love The Lord of the Rings trilogy by JRR Tolkien, as well as the Space trilogy: Out of the Silent Planet, Parelandra, and That Hideous Strength by CS Lewis. I also love this old-fashioned series called the "Elsie Dinsmore" series by Martha Finley.
But then, I am a real geek when it comes to books and movies. I also love Star Wars, see. Yep. I'm a geek Farmgirl!

The Little Colonel Series, written in the early 1900's about a little girl and her family and other people who actually lived here in my city. The author, Annie Fellows Johnston, lived here, too. One of the books was a movie starring Shirley Temple.

I love the Twilight series, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Narnia. Also the different Beverly Lewis Amish books. What is your favorite book series Maggie?

Take care, Melissa.

I love the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris... It is fun, a little dangerous, but entertaining.

I love the Elm Creek Quilt Series by Jennifer Chiaverrini and the Quilt mysteries series by Earlene Fowler too (those are set where I grew up) and I am enjoying the China Bayles Herb shop mystery series by Susan Wittig Albert right now. Gosh, I have really loved alot of series! I love the books by Beverly Lewis and Wanda Brunstetter and the Blossom Street series by DEbbie MacComber too. Oh, don't want to forget the Outlander series..can't wait for a new one in that one!! Can you tell I love to read?

I also love the China Bayles mysteries by Susan Wittig Albert, Laura Child's tea shop series, and the Elm Creek Quilters series. I tried getting into the Tamar Myers series, but found them just a little bit annoying. All my friends love them though, so maybe I'll give them another try! LOL!

All Creatures Great and Small series of James Herriott's books. He wrote such uplifting stories. It really wasn't a series, but I think of them that way. I also like Richard Paul Evans books that come out each year about Christmas-time. The Christmas Box was his first. It is a lovely book, a quick read. Of course, the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling are riveting at times, but also very long.
