I have been SO tired lately- like I haven't been sleeping well. So I just went and laid down for a nap...I though 15-20 minutes would feel great and perk me up for the evening- NOPE! 3 hours later! The only reason I am up is my husband had to come in to ask me some questions and I up for a few minutes while the bedroom cools off.
No window open + door shut off from air conditioning= way too hot!
I do feel better, but am still tired, so I think tonight will be nice. I hope everyone else sleeps deep tonight!

I sympathize with you Alee. I know what it is like to be tired. I took about a 3-mile walk at a fairly fast pace with my DS #1 and Penny the Pooch. I was worn out when I got back. Taking a nap would have been a good idea, but I had dinner to prepare.

Alee, I hope you're just tired but I'm iron deficient all the time and that's how it shows up on me, especially near my period.I take an herbal supplement that's great but not often enough.Maybe you do too much !!! Take good care Katie |

Thanks for the suggestion, Katie. I think my iron is okay. Every time I have had my blood drawn I make sure to ask how my vitamins and such are looking and I am always really good on that. I think it is just that my part time job had me working until midnight for 5 days last week and then I was still having to get up at 6am to take care of our daughter. Good thing I can get a bit caught up now on my rest!

REST! Alee, I think you are doing to much. Have you read your notes on "What I did today?" Be kind to yourself.

You are probably worn out from the late nights and early mornings. No chance you could be expecting is there? That is one of the first signs as we all know. Although I am tired lately too and I am sure not expecting. I kind of thought it was from the seasons getting ready to change again. I always seem to react to that. Anyhow, I am glad you got some much needed rest.

Alee: I do believe you are so tired because of all that continual house work you do. Vaccuming, dusting, etc... I am happy to hear you took a 3 hour nap. I did not sleep well either last night, but it wasn't because of the house work. LOL Happy sleeping. Marly

Ha! Sleep? What's that? I haven't had a good night's sleep in over a week. Too much stress combined with the hot flashes. Even my nightly cup of hot tea isn't working. I know how you feel Alee. Tonight it's a combination of the hot tea, PLUS a good soak in a bubble bath. Maybe that'll do the trick!

I am so glad you are rested! Hey, you couldn't blame me for trying for another baby for you! Nora is so darn cute ! I love all the stories about her! Just think if there were two!

Glad that you got some sleep Alee. Little ones can keep you quite active. I always like a cup of hot tea before bed. Laurie
