Not for me (yet, anyway) but Violet's sitter. She is 55 and is having the worst time of it, and doesn't want to do anything prescription because of all the side effects.
She is not at all knowledgeable, so it has to be easy and premade--I don't see her drying her own teas, if you know what I mean
I've heard that Black Cohosh is good for relieving some menopause symptoms. There are some side effects from it though. I've seen it sold in health food stores around here.

I use wild yam progesterone. You can find it at www.wisewomanessentials.com works very well for me. It is a cream you put on once or twice a day. no side effects God is good....all the time. Denise www.torisgram.etsy.com
I ordered the yam cream a week or so ago and am waiting patiently for it to arrive :-) A friend in town makes a monthly run to GNC for the ladies vitamin pack and said she would pick me up a box next run. So again waiting patiently.
Hopefully you will find something that will strike a cord with Violet's sitter and she can find a bit of relief.
