I hate to keep whinning about my lousey health, but I need to to tell my farmgirl sisters how much I appreciate all the good wishes and emails. It's been particularly tough the past couple of months and now I'm just back from urgent care with severe bronchitis (no pneumonia this time, thank God. I can't afford another hospitalization!)and an asthma attack. I'm very frustrated as I've had to cancel a lot of work (readings and classes) in addition to the things I enjoy because I can't breathe, much less talk. All I can do is lay on the sofa. But I know from experience, if I don't rest, I'm on my way to the hospital.
I'm not trying to whine or get sympathy. This post has two purposes: one, to tell everybody that I do practice what I preach. Blue lighting and positive prayer has kept me alive for 30 years and continues to do so. Things would be a lot worse if I didn't practice it and my loved ones didn't do it for me. So, please, try it. It's scientific, it's spiritual, it works. (Maybe that's why I'm dealing with illness so long, so I can say, hey, try this. It works for me)
The second reason is to thank my Farmgirl sisters for the good thoughts, prayers and e-mails. I have never been supported by such a wonderful group of ladies. I thank God every day for you all and for the opportunity to be in this forum and distract myself with wonderful projects, beautiful emails about my sisters' lives, and just plain good information. Thank you, MJ, very much for starting all this (I'm saying it again).
Now, I'm gonna go rest again. Damn, got so many projects I want to get at. I want to do your readings, the sewing projects I'm committed to, and things to make for sale. I keep reminding myself that everythhing is as it should be. See, even a minister and rabbi (teacher) struggles with life. Phooey.
Much love, P

Hi Patricia, please dont feel like your whinning, your NOT. You've been through alot. This IS the place you can vent. We all do. I've poured my heart out more then once with my husbands health. Farmgirls, whether in our hearts or on the farm, take the good with the bad and we all have the bad days. You just rest and get on here when you can. You are in our hearts and prayers. Michele

Hi Patricia, Go give your pillow a big hug, cause it's stuffed with a ton of love for ya. You are very much an inspiration to us all. The reading you did for me literally changed my life and my way of thinking(choose faith not fear). For that I have to thank YOU!!! Keep up the positive thoughts and you'll be back to hoppin' like a bunny in no time!! Hugs, Luanne
