I got a knifty knitter and I love it! I had a frustrating few moments but after i got the hang of it I moved along pretty quickly. I never had any hope of learning and I highly recommend picking one up if you find knitting imposing as I did- look what I made in just a few hours for my six year old!
oh how cute!! My nieces work on the knifty knitters all the time!! I am a "convetional" knitter and crocheter but I love this hat/scarf that you made:) I am sure it goes ALOT faster than knitting!!

Instead of telling God how big your problem is....tell your problem how big God is.
Thanks! I used a purl stitch for the cuff and the knit stitch for the rest (which I think is the same as the knit stich with needles). I know some of the stitches are different with needles but I think those are the same. I am teaching my daughter to do the plain stockinette stitch (like with finger knitting) on a small blue knifty knitter and she is doing great, I think it would be pretty esy for most children to learn, that's gret about your neices!
