I *think* I might know Susan...could it be a "rolled" foot? I used a very similar attachment for applying trims such as sequins or anything really that doesn't feed properly under a conventional foot. The little screw/spring is for adjusting the downward pressure to get even feed. Di |

Dear friends,
I have looked at the sites...nothing exact. I have "rolled" feet...several in fact. This is still different. It has a blade!? Thanks for your time! You are all dears!!!

The first thing I thought of was the blade could be to cut out a button hole.... that could be silly but it's just what I thought of.

Did you ask the gals on "Apron sew-along (and more). There are some attachment "specialists" there. Also I would try asking Katmom (Grace) she is a specialist.

Hi Susan -
I talked to my friend who has all kinds of fancy sewing machines. She says it goes on a serger and cuts the fabric away as it serges. Hope this helps!

I emailed you earlier, I hope you got it, It is a pfaff serger elastcator presser foot. It fits pfaff/janome/new home sergers. Pfaff 603-604-794-795-796. I have it, I was holding it up to the screen, my husband thought I was crazy:) LOL
