Grace, Our garden was slow going also. Tomatoes have been going crazy with all of the rain we have had, now harvesting quite alot. Green beans were planted late, by choice, and now they too are ready for harvest and canning. Just picked up a couple of boxes of wonderful peaches, and guess what, they too will be ready to can in a day or two. So thankful for this bounty. Sooooo, between baking sourdough bread and harvesting greens for the Farmers Market, somewhere in there comes the canning. Busy Busy but so happy. Sheri
