This site is sort of like Ediets but less complex. The Total Body Diet is a great diet. I lost about 20 lbs using one summer. The greatest thing is that is gives you 5 meals a day! One of my meals tonight was 3/4 oz Mozerella Cheese, a cup of brocolli, and meatloaf.
The site gives you a meal plan, a shopping list, exercise plan and tips and tons of other stuff. It even has herbal information too!
