(Read this with a southern accent)

Well, we're having some fine Penne Napoletano Pasta with fresh chopped tomatoes, garleek, fresh basil and mozzarella balls. On the side will be a green salad from Ma's garden. For dessert, a cup of rainbow sherbet fromm the freezer.

Yum....Yum!

I just posted a yummy Penne Napoletano Recipe on my blog. This is quick to make and the whole family loved it. I added a little parmesan chees mixed with oregano on the top.

Let me know what you think if you try it.
