At Settlers Creek today, it was announced that the most delightful Carrie M. Sisterhood member #147 of New York is the farmgirl of the year.

Congratulations to our new farmgirl of the year. She is so nice and shy. I have no idea how she got all she did into her 24 hours. Good for you and obviously a great well thought out choic.

I just found this thread and am sorry not to have responded sooner! Thanks for your congratulations and please know that you all made my weekend very special! I had such a wonderful time and enjoyed meeting everyone and sharing in all the events with you all. Such a beautiful part of the country along the Palouse...my photos just don't do it justice. One of my favorite parts of the trip was getting "misrouted" and seeing all the lovely wheatfields with the sun setting on them...it was breathtaking! We have our Adirondacks here but nothing quite like the Palouse.
