Going strawberry picking tomorrow morning with the whole family.

Not far from here there is a strawberry farm where you pick your own.

I would love to make some jam, but haven't made it in a while and I know you gals must have some awesome strawberry jam recipes.

Would you like to share a couple with me??

Thanks Ladies!!

Hey Melody, I use the recipe on the surejell pectin instructions, but add a bit more lemon juice, or you can put in finely grated lemon peel too, which allows the strawberry flavor to come through without being sickeningly sweet....Have you got a Fannie Farmer cookbook? Lots of good recipes in there, lots of jams and jellies I've always had good luck with...

I just made strawberry jam with a no sugar pectin and it worked out fine. It is no sweet but very strawberry. I canned some and made some freezer jam too. Recipe is in the no sugar pectin box.
