i have read excepts from Amish Women's Journals at museums .. and i know that some Shakers kept diaries of their days. would'nt it be fun if we kept a ONE-DAY or ONE-WEEK Journal of our daily activities and shared them with each other. Anyone wanna' do this?

Oh I would have loved to read those journals by the Amish women. What a neat idea. It reminds me of the article in this months Better Homes and Gardens. This women talked about how she kept up her fathers tradition of keeping a guest book in their house. Later they looked at the signatures and remembered the visits and how wonderful it was to have their grandmothers signature. What a neat idea.

Remember what you now have was once among the things only hoped for.
