Hi Karen, I don't know of a product to detox that I could recommend. a week of lots of fruits and veggies, water with lemon and no processed foods should be a good start to detox. lots of time folks will use a product with psyillum (sp???) fiber and drinking lots of water.
i second what phyllis said. be sure that your water is purified. also herbal teas are good to drink. milk thistle will help heal your liver whick gets all of our nasty stuff thrown at it!
