My friend gave me rhubarb picked on Sat from her yard. Some of the stalks are green. I have only seen them in red. Are they good? I knwo I am not supposed to each theleaves. They have been removed.
There are some green varieties (Victoria comes to mind). I would assume that if your friend gave them to you they are fine and fully ripe just use them as you would use red.
