Went to the pantry to get a can of bean sprouts for my Chop Suey. Reading the can, went to their web sight. WOW, If you like Asian food, it is a treasure trove. I have an Asian cook book that I think I'll give away because these recipes sound so good and basicly very simple to fix. I have it bookmarked and will go back to it again and again. Going to fix Gingered Asian Coleslaw to go with my Chop Suey today. I love it when I find a new recipe that I have all the ingredients.

Easy, www.lachoy.com

The Asian coleslaw was delicious. The left overs were just as good. The dressing is one of those that can stand being in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.
