Boy, are my muscles sore! I haven't ridden her in about a month and a half. I'm sure feeling it too. Felt great tho at the time and can't wait to get out there tmr.
She is such a doll. My lambchop! Just had to brag.
Good for you, Winona. If you do it again tomorrow it'll loosen you up. ;)
I'm anxious for the weather to improve so I can get my Tikki tacked up and test everything and make sure she's ready for this year. Then I've got Champ arriving the first weekend in April (goodness, is that next week???) and I'll have to get him set up, too. Then I'll be "complaining" about being sore. :)

That's Great Winona! I know you are going to love being able to ride her more!
I am getting really excited for bringing my horse up from Idaho and then super duper excited for this winter when I can start getting her used to saddles and mounting and such!
It is so nice to hear someone is enjoying the trails. I have the green horse blues right now. I lost my "horse of a lifetime" at the age of 32 two years back and I am having to start all over. My new mare is 5 and a half (got her at 2) and I did some riding last summer but I put her back in "kindergarten" doing lots of groundwork over the winter (she needs it!). I can't wait to have sore muscles again! I long to be able to jump on my trusty old girl and just head on out into the woods. sigh. I will be with you in spirit Winona!
