Well this is fun. Mary Jane Lee inspired me to decorate my recipe book. This is fun, I did a few pages. and I posted pictures.I'll work on it some more later. Taking my daughter to work now, then to the thrift. Then back home to do some more work around here, some baking and dinner.

Nancy -

Cute recipe book and love those jars. I have a recipe book that over the years I have been doing calligraphy of the favorite family recipes in. I bought it years ago, it is leather and has a plaque on the front says Raustein Family recipes (maiden name). I thought some day I would pass it on to my niece.

Fun idea, Nancy Jo. My organization skills aren't that great. As I told my Mother years ago---'I would rather be outside'. LOL MB

Loved the jars. I am also in the process of moving all my pantry items from plastic to glass jars and canisters. Not only is it haelthier but I can see what I have at a glance.
Loved the books you recommended. Am going to the library tomorrow
