Help! I love my new laminated floors, but I'm at a loss on how to care for them. The sticker on the box says "Laminated Floor Care Product", but surely there's something else . .
If it's not illegal, unsafe, or immoral, why not try anything once? Who knows? You may come back for a second helping! |

I use vinegar and water or Pergo floor spray and a wet mop. My kitchen floor is 7 years old now and still looks brand new!

Thanks all! I wondered about just damp mopping! I just didn't know if the cleaners added some sort of protection. Since they're under warranty for 25 years, I didn't want to violate the warrantee.
Have a great day! Joy

Are you talking wood laminate? That's what I have (the stuff that looks like wood, but isn't!!) and i just spot mop when it needs it and run a damp mop all over every month or so....just plain ol' water! Sounds like a scam to me, to have to buy something special just to clean it.....like my granite countertops that they told me I had to use their special stone polisher every week on it....haven't done it yet and it still sparkles like new! :)
