http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/Recipes-Patterns-Instructions/embroidery-stitches-for-sampler.pdf I've printed that one out to try with my girls. Not sure if they'll be able to get the hang of some of the stitches, but I thought we could always substitute an easy one for the ones they can't get.

I also have this book - http://sublimestitching.com/sublimestitch_book That has a much easier pattern in it - but not as pretty as MaryJanes.
