I know I'm late...but at least I got them sent finally. Can I say that I paid 88 cents to mail each one. I wasn't expecting that so it will be a while before I participate in the yoyo swap and have to be prepared for the cost of postage. I really like all the yoyos I received also and this was fun! Think about ya'll when I use them and I will!

I recieved so many gorgeous yoyos! I will definately be interested in doing this again! I love how they are all different and everyone I show them to were amazed that people were just making hem and mailing them out. Have they never heard of us honest to goodness Farmgirls. Silly city folk. Can someone email me when another yoyo swap gets underway just in case I miss it. with summer here and gardenening ect I rarely find computer time. |

Linda, Sorry to hear the postage was so much. I sent all of mine in business size envelopes and only used a regular stamp and they all were delivered. Loved receiving all the Yoyos. Should we start another swap in the fall???? Michele

What happened at the po was one of my yoyo filled envelopes was measured for width..it was too puffy...so the rest of them were stamped the same by the po lady.
I really want to do another yoyo swap....I'll just smash the envelope flatter! LOL
What about a theme? Fall? Fall print or autumn colors? or Halloween?
I can't host a swap...but I'll join.

I'm fairly new here but would love to participate. Not that I'm volunteering (yet)but what would hosting entail? I've never done a swap before so I'm an open book! Perhaps to make it easier anyone thought of co-hosts?

I think a fall/Halloween swap would be great! I am new on this website, so I don't think I am ready to host the swap! besides, I have allready suggested a seed swap... I love this site!!!

Heather, You just have to be the person who sets the deadline (and as you can see, we're not too good at keeping deadlines so it needs to be flexible. Gather the addys of everyone who signs up and email address list to each person and then wait for those yoyos to start rolling in.
I think Fall/Halloween is a good idea too Michele

I'm pretty doggone new here and I've never made even one yo yo before but I think they're adorable and I do have instructions for making them just haven't yet; so first time for everything and high time I tried this. I love fall colors and I'm game if y'all would have me. (..she said batting her baby-blues and smiling hopefully.)

Linda, Why don't you host the YO-YO swap???Put it under Stitching and Crafting room. I bet you will get more participants that way.
