They came out awesome! It's the first Mozzarella Sticks that I have had since going gluten free three years ago! I think they would make a tasty snack for kids that have to be on a gluten free diet.
Thank you so much for this recipe! I am a nanny, and one of the little girls I work with is allergic to wheat, barley, and rye. This will be such a treat for her!
