Melanie-you can go to www.weightwatchers.com and sign up. Of course if you use the e-tools there's a monthly fee, but you can join for free and glean lots of info from the message boards there.

thanks Cindy Lee and thanks Diana....I can't afford the monthly fee, but free is great! I went to the local W.W and it is $47.00 to join and then $15.00 a week to weigh in! Ouch!!

Hi Melanie, I have an extra starting book that has a list of the points for a lot of foods and I have a point finder to help figure out the points on other foods. There are also a few little weekly handouts that I can send you.. Yep, it is expensive and if I have extras, you might as well have them! Email me with your address.....
