I just made this batch of cupcakes.. uhh Oh... one is missing...
(vanilla cake w/ chocolate frosting My favorite). Well I had to try one.. Also made 5 quarts of salsa again today. Somehow we have eaten the other 6 jars.. I went to get a jar & Nope notta one...and the cupcakes sounded so good.

| I love cupcakes but they are just too easy to snatch up on the way through the kitchen...Same with the batch of "no-bakes" I made last night. Had another one for breakfast with my coffee this morning...yum. Oldest son had a friend over. Teens, well you know THAT story. And hubby showed no signs of an actual breakfast before work but did have coffee and no-bakes. Only about 4 left after 2 cookie trays full! Do you have any cupcakes left today? |

NAncy Jo you are probably right & I will make it but last night when we went too our neighbors for dinner she sent home 2 pieces of coconut cream pie and 3 pieces of angel food cake, I did take her 6 cupcakes! My Dh will freakout if I made another sweet treat! He is diabetic and Is tempted too much already. I guess i will make your delicious cake next week !
