Sounds good! Will give it a try with some of the apples that are in the celler. Always looking for new apple recipes. I'm going to use Splenda and whole wheat flour. Thanks.

I'm with you. Lutefisk is TERRIBLE. I don't care if I'm Scandinavian, I still won't eat it.

I wonder how many new generation scandinavians eat lutefisk?
I only remember my granny liking it. That was the only downside of the holiday~that awful smell.
