I can't bake to save my life but my new obsession in....drumroooooolllll... PIE making!!! Seriously, who knew some flour, water, rolling pin and filling could make a girlie giddy!!! YEE HAW!!! I'm a pie girl!!!

You can make pie crust and you say you can't bake to save your life???? That's big time baking my girl! I can't make a pie crust to save my life!!! Mine can be used as boat anchors.  I admire women who make good pie crust. I keep trying though.

Well, I burn anything else, from muffins to cakes, or else the batter comes out "tough", so pie crusts are easy for me. I do believe in using ice cold ingredients and not man handling the dough too long. Mine actually looks like it is barely holding together. I call it my "Poor man" pie.
