Yes we are having our first (and early) snow!!I love it, lol.
I know I am always complaining about the cold etc. But it looks just so pretty!
It is after 2 in the night here, all is quiet, all is white, untouched and glittery. SO pretty.
Will make pics in the morning (IF it is still there, lol - the snow I mean!) and put them on my blog.

Oh, Marian! I want to be with you! I SO love the snow. Especially waking in the night and hearing the amazing sound of quiet. Everything silenced by the blanket of snow! I lived in Boston for college and went through two major blizzards! amazing. Where I am from - Georgia - we rarely have snow. We did go to Boston last Christmas and my kids saw REAL snow for the first time! 4 feet of snow and 3 foot icycles! They went tubing, snow shoeing and just couldn't believe how cold they could get! Thanks for sharing a moment of quiet winter with me!

There is something very special about the first snow of the season. I love winter! Last year we had tons of snow all winter long here in the Chicago area. We've had snow flurries here, but not a measurable snow yet. Can't wait to see your pictures Marian. I love your blog!

**Update**
When I woke up this morning a lot of it was gone already, it is raining! BUT I got out my camera and made a few pictures anyways. Before it will all be gone. They do predict more snow over the weekend, so who knows!

Oh it is sooooo snowing here in Michigan!!! I do love to see it (from my window inside my warm house) and so hate to feed in it (fingers and toes freezing!!!) It just won't stop here! I use to love to ride my horse through the first couple snow falls but it seems like it's below normal temps here right now and I don't want to even put him through the frost biting pain!!! LOL
