I WANTED TO GIVE EVERYBODY A QUICK UPDATE ON MY COUSINS WIFE WHO HAS A BRAIN TUMOR AND IS EXPECTING THEIR THIRD BABY. She started having seizures but the doctors will NOT do a CAT scan with the contrast being it is radioactive. They were able to get the seizures under control with medication and for now they are waiting. Waiting is fairly risky considering they don't know if this is a fast growing tumor but it is obviously the best route for the baby. She is on tylenol 24/7 due to headaches. As far as I know they still have somebody with her all the time since they have 2 little ones at home and with the history of seizures... I will update you if anything changes, but for now, its a waiting game.

I'm one who had seizures while pregnant, but for no good reason. Just being pregnant makes me have seizures. I'm very sorry your cousins wife has a brain tumor. Keep us posted on how she's doing.
Alee~ She is not due till the early part of March so probably like 5 months?!! I know they discovered the tumor when she was only 15 weeks so everybody is thankful for every bit of time that passes. Thanks everybody for your kind thoughts and prayers. I am passing them along to Alana.

I will be keeping her, her baby and her family in my thoughts and prayers. I hope this is a slow growing tumor and at after delivery she will be able to recover from it quickly.
