I'm sorry, Julie. The only stuff I make from recipes is stuff other people invented (hence the recipe). Wouldn't it be plagiarizing?

Recipes themselves are copyright free meaning you may copy the list of ingredients in any media you want. It's the recipe name and instructions that are subject to copyright law so be sure if you filch a recipe to use as your own, you make significant changes in these areas. Also, if you adapt a recipe, it's professional (and common) courtesy to site the original source or creator.

Julie, I'll look for some more tonight after work. I've been nagging Rose because she has some really GREAT ones. I'll nag her some more...

Tina - that is great information you provided. There is probably not many recipes that have not been "developed" from a former one in some way. I usually add something of my own to what I cook. It does not always turn out great, however!!! :)

I submitted two recipes that are from my family, but the third I "tweaked" from a magazine years and years ago. I better ask Julie what to do about it.

I hope we keep getting recipes from everyone. Keep them coming gals!
