My husband and I are going to make a trip home this weekend. My sister who is also going to be there is allergic to dogs, but of course we have to take ours since we will be away from the house for more than 8 hours. So I gave her a bath and I am busily getting the laundry done so we can take clean clothes. I think Nora is excited because she said her first sentence to my mom on the phone the other day "I go see you?"
It's also Doug's birthday this weekend. I can hardly believe it! Another year has flown by!
I stopped by Costco today to pick up a few items we will need for the trip (Milk, Juice, fruit etc).

Annika- Thanks so much! And even though it is only a few days, it is nice because we won't be so stressed and tired from a long journey. The round trip is less than half the time it took us one way from Moscow!
