Way to be strong, girls!

I have 2 paper punches that someone might like from scrapbooking for my kids. One is an "M" and one is an "E" capital letters, about 1 1/8" tall (the punchout area.) I don't scrapbook much...need to let this stuff go. I'll take some material for it, just a few charm squares or a few in the same color family to use in my projects, browns/tans preferred. Thanks.

I guess I am kind of lucky! There are 2 small fabric stores here and we do have a craft store, but other than that we don't have anything else! Maybe some day we will have a Michael's! who knows!

Girls, not sure if many of you belong to Ravelry or not, the online knit/crochet community, but they have a group on there specifically for destashing and finding yarns to finish a project. Here 'tis.

I am reading through this thread and I think it is awesome that all of the "stashaholics" are coming together as a support group. ;) Wish there was a support group for those of us trying to build our crafting stash on a tight budget..haha! Ann---I love the challenges and can't wait to try one.
Keep up the good work and having fun! :)

Artist Trading Card! If you do a search online you can find all kinds of info. They are the size of a playing card and you make little works of art...and then trade them!

Lisa, I'd love to see your cards!

We could do a trade here...
I'll post the July 4th ones I have and when I get my Halloween ones from the trade, I'll post a pic of them too. I love making them, but sometimes I get a little stressed over it when I can't come up with anything creative....LOL

Lisa, you should post this swap on the Stitching and Crafting board - then everyone can join in. Are you up for hosting a SWAP?

Thanks for the explanation on ATC...I am NOT going to look it up....don't need to get hooked on yet another craft!! Work is really getting in the way of my creativity as it is...darn it all.

There's already a mail art swap that is very similar....unfortunately, not everyone that signs up actually sends something to their partner so I stopped after the first month.

We do these group swaps in a club called Scrapbook Oasis. The girl that hosts them there has girls sign up by a certain date, then depending on how many have signed up, you make that many and send them all to the host. She divides them up and sends everyone a pack. You get one from each girl that has participated. So if 6 sign up, you make 6 ATCs (can be all the same, which is usually the case, or all different) and send them to the host by a due date. Then they get sent back out. I'd LOVE to host it, but the way things are going right now with working on making Christmas gifts(everybody wants a quilt or SOMETHING), I'd have to wait til at least after the new year....but we can do them then - I don't mind..
