I wonder where everyone is?
Sorry, I don't mean to be so gloomy. Like I said before, I think it's the weather.

I know, where is everyone? Not that I mind chatting with you in the least.
I'm going to try and sew a basic squares type quilt this winter, hopefully. I want a real quilt!
Your Christmas ideal sounds so peaceful. I don't have much family so maybe I'll just do Christmas really simple this year.

No no!, you are not sounding Gloomy. If you want to do other things, I understand though. It would be easier if it were IM or real time chat, at least you can see that someone is there.

I don't mind chatting with you either, Annika. I'm looking forward to seeing you SAt if you are still coming to Rosalia.
I'm going to just do some very traditional quilts this winter too. I'm even going to tie them instead of quilt them. I'll have one or two I'll quilt, but I can tie a queen sized quilt in a weekend, if I'm really focused I can get the binding on too.

I feel for you Tina Michelle. I have moved thirty-plus times since I've been married. Now, we've lived here for almost 17,come Jan, so that tells you how many times we moved in the first 15 years of our marriage.
I'm dreading moving when we go to our Idaho place. We will have a small place and I'm going to have to get rid of more stuff.

*sigh* Rosalia kind of depends on Andrew's work and how busy our land lords keep us on the farm. I certainly hope that we can come up.

I'm looking forward to the seed catalogues of winter. I think I mentioned that when I could afford the extra I would be joining SSE, and if I'm quick, they come out with their first catalogue in November.

Hi Tina, I would love to come help you pack your things away and get your house ready for buyers...I'm hoping that you get it sold fast.

Let me know as it gets closer to sat, okay. If your'e going to be there, I'll make sure I'm there when you are. My granddaughter has a soccor game in Cheney at 2pm, so I'll have to leave Rosalia by 1:30. I won't go to Rosalia as early if you're not coming.
I'm looking forward to the seed catalogs too. I've already had my old ones out, purusing them, wishing and wanting, lol. I'm going to join SSE too. I've got to squeeze 35 dollars out of my budget somewhere tho!

yeah I hope things move quickly too... we hope so anyhow..the good thing is we are in an area where folks come in from being re stationed and we are close to a Base..so that's in our favor a bit as we are very close to a Base.
but yeah..getting things ready is a chore..but we did thin out a lot. so not too much to have to pack up really.

I know I am so looking forward to being able to get back to gardening/planning a garden.
I have been sent quite a few seeds just in the last week..for flowers..hollyhocks, cockscomb, and the maltese cross and wildflower mix from Dawn too, and I have so many seeds from other farm girls too. Now I just need that new yard to get them going in..ha.

I've moved all over and on several continents. I'm used to living packed in a box. I swear!
Tina, what area or county are you planning on moving to? I've only been to Florida a couple of times when I was little.

I have moved about 30 times since I was 18 and when I met DH, thought we would stay put after I've joined him in Canada... it is when his career started abroad, how funny isn't it ?
