Sounds good to me Dawnydear. I need to know what I will owe you, etc. I'm really interested in the others you have, I'll remind you after the holidays and then maybe we can get together on it.

Tina treat yourself well today if you can, lie down, rest, give your body time to recover. Keeping you in my thoughts.

I got my cards mailed today, so be on the lookout. Well, I have to finish Dawn's gift, hopefully today so I can get it mailed tomarrow. ta ta

Dawn~Will you be working tomorrow and if so, what hours? I would love to call you and get a chick catalog. I want to have some chickens this year. Dh says it's ok and I can't wait.

Tina~Try to rest and I hope that the meds they gave you keep you pain free. I'm glad to hear that everything went well.

Corinne~Thank you for the email address. I have already emailed her and I hope I'm getting my magazine soon.

Also, if you are planning on coming up for the Spring Fling, I will try to get some chicks for you to buy cheep and take home... just let me know.

Good one, Dawn! Working at the hatchery is really getting into your system, heh heh heh! I want a catalog too but I'll call you at work to request one and brighten your day. Maybe if you get a bunch of business-interested phone calls from us it will help them realize just how valuable you are as an employee. BTW, is Jerr still helping at the farm?

Tina - rest up, maven. The numbing stuff will wear off eventually so try to take a pain pill before it gets too bad. Desperate times call for desperate measures. And like Dawn says, this too shall pass.

Congrats, Dawn! Just the thing you need to help you with all that baking you'll be doing!

(And no, I didn't realize you did it on purpose because it's the kind of thing I'd do without realizing it - kinda like Robbie playing the Christmas tree)

Dawn,
I tried the link to your Etsy and it gave me an error. Is it on your blog?
Let us know when you're working next so we can call and order a catalog.

Ruth: I am sick to my stomach. I spent all day getting that thing up and running and it's under the wrong name. See... that's what is confusing about Etsy....it asks for a username.... which I was using deeredawn. So now that's the etsy shop name. So now I have to go through and cancel the account and start over...... ugh. I just want my own site so bad. Why does this have to be so hard?

thank you about the apron.... I've never won anything before.....

Sorry if I seem kind of out of it - just found out my husband doesn't have work for tomorrow - this will make 6 weeks from Nov. to Jan. where he doesn't get a whole paycheck. I know we're better off than a lot of folks, he isn't laid off totally, but, due to financial mismanagement in our past we have a lot of bills so we're really strapped. We always make it through, I just haven't had time to get used to the idea yet, I've got that "pit of the stomach feeling" I think Dawn was talking about the other day. Bleahhh!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent, it's just hard at the holidays when there is money stress. I do count my blessings that we are both employed. Every time this happens it strengthens my resolve to get out of debt!!

don't mean to be having a pity party - I'm PMSing, which always hinders my ability to roll with the punches.

Morning ladies,
Dawn, please give it another try, it is worth it and better have an etsy now when rhe mane you want is still available.
Tina, how are you doing ?
Amy Grace, hang in there sister, it is stressful but you will manage. We ALL have to reconsider the way we buy, the way we spend and what we actualy do with all that we already have and the money available. I am sure you can go through even if you feel tense about it, you can DO IT.
Marcy, how are you doing at the moment ?
Karen, Dawn and Teresa Sue, you are true friends, thanks for all the yeses in answer to my email.
Will email latter.
Lora, the lady was a true genuine help with the MJF magasine, you'll have yours shortly.
Annika, Ruth, Lillian, Rene, Denise, Brenda, Alee, wishing you a good day to when you get up.
Love you all,
Corinne

not doing too swift..hurt a bit..and feel like whining..o.k. o.k. I am whining..waaah. haven't been able to eat a darn thing today and I'm hungry..and my jaws are so tense from having bitten down on gauze nearly all day...and I never get headaches but my head aches and I'm fixing to take another half of a pain pill. I finally took the gauze out and my head feels weird..still a wee bit of numbiness on and off ..I guess the novacaine was quite a bit(6 shots) and that much probably takes a while to wear off totally.
probably not going to get much sleep to speak of this evening..err morning since I dozed on and off a good deal through the day after I got back home. Anyhow..waaah. thanks for letting me whine.

Tina, if you have cloves in your kitchen, put one into your mouth, carefull, it is strong and let it stay there for a while.
Soup is good for you, so maybe chicken soup since you can slurp it without chewing it. And for being able to sleep next night, a drop of lavender oil on your pillow will do the trick.
Hope these farmgirl remedies can help.

Happpppyyyy Birthhhhhddddaaaaaaayyyyy to Youuuuuuuu, Miss Alee, Happpyyy Birrrrttthhddaaaaayyyyy to Yoooooooooouuuuuuu. :^)

Tina, sweetie, I hope you feel better today, take it easy okay?

Dawn do not give up on your etsy! I mean it, don't make send out the flying monkeys girl! Remember, life IS NOT EASY, IT IS NOT FAIR, IT IS WHAT IT IS, a struggle. Adapt and survive farmgirl. Okay now, I can take my drill sgt hat off and put it away.
I got your present done last night, gonna get it in the mail today. Turned out stinkin' cute, if you give up on your etsy, I'm just gonna keep it. So there, :p LOL

oh, my, it just dawned on me, Christmas is two weeks from today!!!!!
Gotta go to work, later Mavens

Okay, I'm back. Had to get ready for food pantry deliveries today. Leaving in 10 minutes.

Tina, how are you this morning? So glad you came here to vent last night - sorry you were feeling so bad that you had to.

Dawn, the first thing that really made you stick out in my mind above the other posts I read in the early days was when you said, "Hey, I'm not a quitter!" We all know you're not so shake off the frustration, pick up the hair you pulled out and make a wig, and get going on that etsy site!

God bless -
