first i must say i LOVE marian's graphic of the kitty! too cute. also just wanted to say, i had a good weekend feeling better than i have in months, had some help from the family, which was greatly appreciated
and received an order from a shop that has bought crafts from me in the past, mostly my pincushions and aprons. so that i guess was a reminder that i need to get on with it and commence with my life while we figure out what is going on with my health.
i havent been making pincushions so much since i started with the bunnies and my health headed south, but i guess i will start again with this new order,,,,but first i have to get those bunnies on their journeys, will keep ya posted on that. also as ever i would still love to have some prayers on the 4th, the day i get some answers about my health....and our wedding anniversary. love to all from texas.

sorry for the delay in responding. as usual, under every circumstance, life goes on , and whenever you are away from the farm, there is much to do when you return. the good news is there was no evidence of any tumor in any organs of my body. ( big big sigh of relief). the unresolved news is that they did find a "shadow" in my left breast and dont know what it is, but are waiting to compare mammograms. the original mammogram is in a hospital 80 miles away and for 2 days they have been "sending it", so far it hasnt arrived. so that is still pending. the not so great news is that the blockage that occurred in my heart over 10 years ago and caused the heart attack(at 47) has been found in my legs and brain! so more test are being done to see the extent of this and i will be sent to even more doctors. overall, i feel so much better. the therapeutic drawing of a unit of blood, left me with lots more energy and no pain in my bones. we dont know yet how often i will have to do this. at that time, the doctor told me, just do what ever you want, just dont over do it. so i felt so good, i tried to make up for lost time, not knowing how long this will last. then on the 4th she said, take it easy until we get this resolved with the blockages in your legs. so more test , more answers, some we like some we dont, but we are still here and feel blessed to have all the prayers and thoughts from all you farmgirl friends. this will probably not be resolved til the end of september, so i say, keep me in your prayers if ya have room there for me, in the meantime i am gonna proceed on with my farmgirl life and hope to get some past business resolved and take it easy as necessary. thanks once again to all who have hung in there with me and keep prayin. i do love you all.

just checking in to thank you all for your prayers and thoughts. i go back tomorrow for new tests and hope all will be resolved and known by the end of the month. so far, so good. i am trying to just keep busy and getting alot done with my new found energy. it is amazing how much better one feels when they are not trying to push around extra blood cells! i have tackled my craft room with new gusto, which has of late become a giant storage area. you farmgals that have hung in there with me have meant the world to me and our family here at the farm. ...and sunshine! it is so good to hear from you. i have missed you and your post of your work, so much. i know you have been so busy, but i still think of you and miss you and thank you so much for your prayers and posting here.

Hey Frannie,
I'm so sorry for your physical worries..that "not knowing" time is so stressful on the mind and body. I'm glad you are filling better and tackling your sewing area. Whenever I see your name I think of "sweet furry rabbits". I really enjoyed all the postings you've done over time of the in progress workings of them. You are a very talented lady!
I'll watch for updates...you take it easy, you hear?

just a quick note to update all, got a call today from my doctor who says the test show i have a 88-99% blockage in my left carotid artery.(the one that carries blood to your brain). so the result is we will do a more definitive test on saturday in preparation of surgery/a procecure to open that blockage. scared of course, but hope all the prayers will continue and have faith that all will work out. love to all

thanks to all who have hung in there and continue to send prayers and thoughts. we are continuing to go through testing here to determine what will be done for my blockage. had a test on saturday and it kinda wiped me out. ended up sleeping most of sunday. anyway, still dont quite know what is going on. but i'm getting lots of sleep. also please prayer of the folks of galveston county. as some of you might know that is my hometown area. lots of wonderful folks down there and really a very authentic part of the world. galveston island is a very pretty place and the people who live there are very independent folks, islanders. although they usually call themselves boi. born on the island. it is a place worth saving and has a spirit that is hard to describe. not big, and not flashy like other resort towns, but still a pretty place. any way, thanks again for all who have taken the time to stop here and prayer for me and the family. the hard part is waiting now. and i guess knowing that there is something wrong that we havent "fixed" yet.

first of all thanks to everyone who has hung in there with me through all this. i am starting to get weary myself and so i am so greatful that there are folks who are staying with this and helping with thoughts and prayers. i have had a diagnotic mammogram on both breast and an untrasound on both breast. they will be doing a needle biopsy on both breast monday afternoon. this is scaring me so much. i cant begin to tell you. monday morning my husband and i are meeting with the cardiologist to see if my heart is up to surgery if i end up needing it. i am kinda exhausted emotionally and ready for answers . thanks to all the farmgirls who have hung in there with us and prayed and sent thoughts. this recent finding in the breast has been a big surprise, and for a few days i was having trouble writing about it. if anyone has experience with the needle biopsy pleas let me know. love to all.
