jinia, thank you for stopping by my blog for a visit. I need to do another update blog. I have had my 7th weekend camping out. We have had company this week, had no time to blog.

They have a vintage trailer camping in our front yard, LOL. It was a green trailer that they called "Toad" , painted it a tan and brown, it looks brand new, now looking for a new name.

They are having so much fun in their trailer. I wish we could have pulled it back to my Outpost in the woods but the trails are to narrow and they might not leave , LOL. I wouldn't

Now I want a trailer like theirs, oh us people and our wants, never ending :P

They got a super great deal, fixing it up and havin a hoot!!! I'm sharing with them because its hard now a days to travel. To make their own Outpost at their home. They bought some vintage chairs just like the ones on my Outpost. They want to keep them here for when they come back. Cool , but I had a better idea for them. She wants to paint them. So why not paint them the color of their trailer, make their own Outpost for when they don't travel, get one of those neat firepits, set up camp at home. Their heads perked up with the idea and I think its a go.

Traveling is fun and I think if you got the time and means to do so , go for it. But you know after all the traveling there really is no place like home, cuz its yours to do with what you like.

So fixing up your own get away spot, the way Mary Janes tells it, you can have it in the city or country and in between. And I believe that cuz I have live in the city, smack dab in downtown city , country and the in between. And my family had country in us the whole time.

Happy Outpost at home

Hey thank you Chris. Say I was just over on your blog and was reading about how your gardening in the tubs, like the ones in MJ's mag. How cool is that. Your plants look great and oh your garden is all clean looking with all that beautiful straw layed down.

I love my outpost but gardening is so up there and every year I want to do better in the garden. Bigger and better : )

New thing for me last Jan. is Winter Sowing, oh my goodness is it a great way to get a jump start on plants. I will be starting my WS in containers the end of Dec this year.

I'll be keeping up with your blog and see how your tubs turn out for winter gardening. I bet they will be just great.
