Has anyone heard of cushaw? My sister used to make pies with something and we think this might have been what she used.
Has anyone every heard of or used it? If so, would you know where I might be able to get some seeds?
Thanks, Debi |

Hey Debi, There is a posting on page two of the Farm Kitchen with a recipe for Cushaw pie - I had never heard of it but it sure sounds good Amy Grace

I just made a cushaw pie. It's really good. I was going crazy wondering about what this certain squash/goard was and nubidane said it looks like it might be cushaw. I've never heard of "white" cushaw. Mine took on a watermelon colour. Definitely try the cushaw pie, it's worth it. I have a bunch of seeds .. I could probably spare some!
