I just recieved a large bouquet of all colors of hydranges and would like to know how to dry them

I dry them standing up in a jar or vase. A friend of mine told me to try that and it works well.

I'm not sure how you find the post but if you check with Rosemarie from Sugar Plum Cottage she had great step by step instructions on drying hydrangeas a few weeks back. It should be on her blog - I believe it is www.sugarplumcottage.blogspot.com. Research some of her older posts and I'm sure she can help you with that. Good luck -I agree, hydrangeas are just to pretty to toss. Cathy

Most things I hang to dry, but like Marcia said..hydrangas dry best upright in a jar or vase. I just love them..and wish I had some growing here!
