OH YEAH!!!! i got my copy! stopped in E-town at B&N bookstore on the way to the doc in louisville today .. they only had two copies left ... and i got them both ..one for me .. one for my daughter!

i chittered and chattered all the way to louisville with hank making him take his eyes off the road for a moment to 'LOOK AT THIS' ... and 'LOOK AT THAT'!!!

this book arrived at a perfect time .. i read it right up t'il my doc appointment (took my mind off that!) and showed it to my doctor when she started telling me how she loved her garden and sometimes wished she could live in the country like me!!! (she turns 50 this week .. sooo . i'm going to surprize her with one of my extra copies of MaryJane's LIFEBOOK!

(i had to have some little 'bumpettes' checked out on my thyroid .. she said she wasn't concerned but if i was a 'worrier' she would do a biopsy .. i said YES .. do it!) so i go back in September .. hurry MaryJane .. write ANOTHER book .. so i can read it all the way to Louisville on that day too!

i loved the 'reading tree' .. we always had a big 'snuggle chair' that would seat comfortably one 'big' kid and one 'little' kid .. many a book was read and many a story was told in that chair.

gonna' fix me a 'reading' tree here at Freedom Valley too! and i adored the little twig 'shelter' too! hafta' find a coupla' trees to build one of those against too!

well .. i best get offa' here and go look for those trees!

have a grande day gurlfrenz! xo

I should order it on line. I have yet to find it at a booksroe and where I am now is too small to carry much of anything. Ok, when it comes to books, I like a big bookstore with lots of options.

ohhhhhhh .. and i loved the GIRLFRIEND GAME .. it's what i've been doing for years .. (i call it the QUESTIONS OF LIFE game) .. cuz' i also include adults and kids .. Lucas LOVES 'the question' game .. he thinks and ponders questions he might not ordinarily think about .. and he adores hearing MY answers. he will often come up with the 'questions' too!

Oh Frannie, it is a great book. It actually was talking to me. When I took my little breather last week, I just went. Down backroads, off the beaten track, hiked a little and all by myself and knew it was OK. MB
