Patsy - I'm set on painting mine a color close to yours next year. I want a little more color and that's just what I'm looking for. :)

I love the looks of your trailer. I think a small home is very comforting & welcoming.

I love this home. Has anyone seen the show Mobile Home Disaster on CMT? They do home make overs for trailer homes--you know, move the family out and re-do their place. It's super fun, super funny, and the results are excellent! Makes one long for a trailer home...

Hi Marian!

Glad to see you here! How is Elvis? He is such a cute little guy.

You girls referring to EIU, I assume that means Eastern Illinois University? Just wondering, I'm in PA but my daughter did her master's degree at WIU in Macomb. I loved it out there! Just outside of Macomb, I think the name was Roseville(?) there was an antique store I'd love to go back to!

Hey Patsy....I LOVE your trailer and you gave me a terrific idea! I am trying to get back to Illinois and found a house in my hometown but not sure I can afford it or afford to fix it up whichever the case may be...but your place is so cute and cozy that it made me realize that the reasons I want to go home are not about what I live in but where I live and the people that are close to me and that small might indeed be better! I really don't want the maintenance of a large place anymore plus I really want a view and I might be able to get a perfect one if I just get the land and then I could put a trailer on it! TaDAh! I never thought about it....DUH! No wonder I have such a hard time finding a place in the country...I think with this new pespective it might make things a lot easier! thank you! It is so darn cute and homey....show us the inside next...Please? I'd show you mine but it is "under construction" Ha! Ha! Not really but it looks that way!
