Are they cool?? wait till they cool...if they don't pop ..then you can do a water bath on them for about 15 minutes..they'll seal then. If ya need to know how to do a water bath..let me know.

Ok tried that and they still are going down when you push them. Boy Oh boy you are going to get tired of me! Sure glad that your here to ask though. should I try new seals, the ones I used were new out of box but maybe I should try it again. It wont hurt it to heat it again will it? Thanks again for all the help, Karen
P.s. I tried to email you but for some reason it would not go through.

Nah no worries! Ask away...Well, sometimes you'll get bad seals, so here are your options..
You can change seals..and water bath them again, or you can pour the contents out and get it good and hot again..wash the jars, refill the jars with the hot jam and put on new seals ...either way, it's very important you make sure to wipe the rims of the jars before adding the seals. If there is anything on the rims, it can cause them not to seal. OR you can leave them alone and store them in the freezer as they are.

Hope it helps, and let me know how it goes!
