Someone posted here a few weeks ago about making our own nut butters

Happy to report I tired it the other day with almonds and a litle safflower oil and viola! Almond butter like what I pay top dollar for.

I have a regualr blender and a food processor. I used the food processor and just added enough oil 'till the mixture was creamy

Took less than 8 minutes

Tasts just like store bought but is a bit grainier

that's ok
