We have found a tiny farm (just 8 acres) and have decided to buy it. I finally figure out all the financing issues today (it is tricky because we own 2 other houses that we aren't selling). So I can make an offer. Today!
I am so excited and anxious. I am dreaming about goats and chickens and maybe someday a Dexter of my own. I am praying that this all works out. |

| The seller's agent is driving me nuts!!!!!! Good grief fella, sell me the farm already. He doesn't know how many water shares it has or how much storage water it has. My realtor had to go look up the taxes. I think I have figured out why it is still for sale. So now we have to wait for the secretary of the canal company to come back from vacation and tell us what the water shares are. |
