Hi all! I'm trying to dehydrate tomato slices and I'm having a hard time keeping them from gluing themselves to the dehydrator racks. Any suggestions?

I always baste my slices with herb infused olive oil before I dry them, they don't stick and gives them a wonderful flavor.
