I'm a "newbie" at MaryJane's so didn't know of your previous postings and request for cards, etc. I'm so sorry for your loss. Cancer is such a terrible disease.

I'm so sorry to hear that your mom has passed Karen and sending lots of farmgirl huggzzz your way. It sounds like her birthday party was the best ever and I know she felt surrounded by much love. Prayers for you and family as you struggle through this difficult time of sadness.

Karen, you gave her so much with the idea of a shower of postcards and that is only one of the many things you've done for your dear mom.
I will keep her and yourself in my prayers.

Karen, I am new to the forum and missed your request for cards. I am so sorry to hear about her passing. I lost my own beautiful momma on my birthday in 2007 after a long fight with kidney disease. You have my most sincere condolences on your loss. May the memories of a long and fulfilled life bring you comfort in the days ahead. You and your family will be in my prayers.
