So, we're going to have some La Ratte Fingerling potatoes and I'm thinking we might sell a few lbs. to the restaurant my dh works for, since they use fingerlings for several dishes.

Has anyone ever sold their produce to a restaurant?

This particular fingerling is highly prized in the "foodie" community and while that's not why I decided to grow it, feel like that's a boon for sale to this business.

In buying at the farmers market, I buy by the lb., usually for basic russets and yukon gold--can anyone give me some advice?
