I came down our stairs last night, old steep farmhouse stairs, and I tripped, but caught myself so I didn't fall, but I managed to bang my head pretty good on the door frame at the bottom of our stairs and bruise up my hand pretty bad catching myself. I also strained something in my back during the process and stressed my abs a bit. I have a bump on the top of my head close to the front about the size of an apricot. yuck. I slept most of the day today and my head hurt pretty much all day despite taking a very low dose of tylenol. Rob's pretty sure I have a mild concussion (use to be an EMT, so between the 2 of us there's a lot of knowledge for diagnosis, kwim?)

I'm eating regularly and sleeping a lot but sure could use the light and energy you might send my direction. I'm in some pretty rough shape. I'm gonna go see my chiro tomorrow as I am pretty sure I jarred my neck a tad too.

so thanks in advance.

Tasha- I am so sorry you are injured and not feeling well because of it, but I am so glad you didn't fall and hurt your pregnancy. How scary! I will be thinking positive and healing thoughts for you!

Ok...don't sleep too much!
I'm just thankful, like Alee, that the pregnancy is a-ok. Take care of you and will be sending light your way.

You took a terrible tumble. Honey, don't you think you should go to the Dr. and get checked out? I am worried about you. any type of concussion mild or not is nothing to mess with.Your head hurt you quite a bit. Plus your precious baby. I know I am a mother hen, I am sorry, I just get concerned. A mother and Grandma's knee jerk reaction I guess.

Hugs MJ

I am doing a lot better today! I made it to the chiro and he adjusted me and that felt soooo great, then I rode along to Fleet Farm for a few more chick items. Rob bought me a beautiful wandering Jew as a feel better incentive. I haven't napped yet today though I am going to in a bit. My head only mildly hurts now, kind of like when you wear a hair wrap or a pony tail too tight. Thanks for the love and energy!!! keep it coming! It helps big time!!

Tasha, I'm sorry to hear about this. I'm glad you are feeling better from the fall and that the little one is safe. I hope your sinus infection is better now too.
