I subscribed online the other night. Does that mean I'll get the current issue? Patricia showed me her copy last Saturday and it is beautiful. I was totally surprised about the feature on Frannie and her rag dolls - nicely done.

Hi Kay,

Yes, you will get the current one, although it may take a few weeks to get to you.

Enjoy!

I just called the publisher and she said that my first issue will be the summer one and not the newest one that came out! WAHHHH! I begged for the latest copy and she said that she wasn't showing any available. I'm always a day late and a dollar short!

The aforementioned GREG is here with the answer.

The current issue - green background, MaryJane as an adult and as a child holding her chicks - is the Summer issue. The date on the cover is May/June/July 2008. This is the issue currently on the newsstand. And if you just ordered, you will in fact receive this issue. Give it a couple of weeks to arrive. Subsequent issues in your subscription will arrive ahead of the issue hitting the newsstand.

Hi,

Here's an earlier post from Meg:

Here's a list of the major chains to find MJF Magazine:

Borders
Barnes & Noble
Kroger
Meyers
Wegmans
A & P
Tractor Supply
Whole Foods

It is also available in various different grocery outlets.

Here is where you can subscribe:
https://secure.palmcoastd.com/pcd/eSv?iMagId=01002&i4Ky=IMJF

If you can't find it in stores (or libraries) near you, don't wait too long to call the publisher for a copy to be sent to you with a chance to subscribe. The current copy will only be sent out until the third week in June or until they run out. Then, that issue will be unavailable.

Here's their number again: 1-800-476-4611.

I'm still waiting on my MJF mag. I ordered on 5/21 and haven't seen hide nor hair of it.

Hi Jo,

You might want to call the publisher to double-check on that.
Their number is 1-800-476-4611. That does seem like a long time, and they can see if they mailed it out for you or not. Hopefully, it's on its way!

Thanks,

~Sunny

I emailed and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I just need to sit tight I guess.
