..... Well, not mine but Pearls. She is due in about 3 months, (I hope).... She is the sweetest donkey. I can't wait to get her foaling stall finished and our other "donk" Minnie Belle, and our goats will be sporting new stalls also. It's cold outside and I just came in from shoveling donkey-do and feeding. So, I believe I'll sit down with a hot cup of coffee and relax. I have a beautiful blue hyacinth potted near my seat and it smells lovely. I got to open the windows everyday last week and you could smell it all over the house. But yesterday and today we've bout been froze out, brrrrrr. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Blessings to you all.

There must be nothing cuter than a baby donkey! You have to post pictures when the baby comes. You sound more like yourself Mikki. You are starting to enjoy life agian. I am so happy for you. I have missed your sweet postings. What a beautiful picture that was of your Mama and Daddy on your blog. They certainly had a wonderful life together didn't they. They found a love that a lot of people never do. For that I know you and your Daddy are very grateful. I hope your weekend kept being so nice. welcome back!!

Hugs, Mary Jane

Mary Jane, Thanks so much for your kind sweet words. They mean so much. I am feeling more myself, and of course some days are hard. But I am blessed and very blessed indeed to have such precious parents. They definitely did have a wonderful life together. I marvel at their relationship sometimes. They were so close, and so much a part of each other. The Lord was merciful in the fact that we got to spend sweet times with her, and she was happy. I will forever hold those days dear and near to my heart. And it's sooo good to be back and see what everyone is up to. I can't wait to read more posts and get caught up as much as I possibly can. Right now I better go out and bring in my tulips I have potted before old man winter's last whispers burn their little ears. Blessings and hope you had a wonderful weekend!
