I was wondering if anyone had a remedy for motion sickness?

You can get accupressure wristbands at most drugstores, They do work. They have a little bump which presses on just the right spot. My husband used to get seasick and found them to be very helpful...

A flight attendant showed me how to put pressure on my wrist to avoid motion sickness on a very bumpy flight. It did the trick. I was very glad to find a way to not get airsick that didn't make me drowsy!

I get really badly carsick if I am not driving (so I usually drive) on windy roads or hilly places. But I noticed that I hardly ever get airsick..not that I fly alot. But seasick..ugh....unless it is a quick moving ski boat I get queasy every time. I havn't tried the wristbands...will look for them. Dramamine knocks me out big time.

I always get carsick if I don't drive. The only thing that helps is a vanilla milkshake. The only time I was never carsick is when I was pregnant, but I had horrible morning sickness for 16 weeks. I think it has to do if I eat or not before I travel.

"They" say ginger helps w/ this too

I have tried ginger capsules on 1 boat ride, but it wasn't too far out or choppy, so I wouldn't know 100%
